• 既存の全社教育／採用の運営、カイゼン
• 経営課題に基づく研修の追加、見直し、効果測定、分析
• 新しい観点での教育／採用の企画策定

Requirements

• 企業の人事部門や人事系コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
• 教育及び採用の企画／運営の経験

歓迎条件:

• 社会保険労務士、キャリアコンサルなどの有資格者
