Responsibilities

• 内部監査マニュアル、方針、ガイドライン、部門別業務文書などの維持
• 四半期ごとの監査計画、リスク評価、QA レビュー
• 委員会および経営陣の報告書作成（監査委員会、取締役会など）
• 計画と実際の監査ステータス、監査の問題ステータス、四半期計画、監査ユニバースユニットのカバレッジなどを含む運用指標を監視および分析
• コンピテンシー評価とトレーニングプログラムの調整
• 部門の経費と人員の予算準備
• 監査方法論、監査計画プロセスの変更に関するコーポレートチームとの調整
• 金融庁等による査察・調査対応
• ベンダー契約などの部門別調達プロセスを処理
• 運用指標やその他のレポートに関するデータ分析を活用
• 部内庶務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 強力なデータ分析力と論理的思考力
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力、ドキュメンテーション能力
• 上級レベルのExcel（スプレッドシートの管理、ピボットテーブルを使用した図表の作成等）、Word、PowerPointスキル

歓迎条件：

• 公認内部監査人、公認情報システム監査人、または公認会計士
• 生命保険会社における金融庁検査の対応経験
• 内部監査人協会基準の理解
• 生命保険商品や実務に関する知識
• 関連法令、金融庁監督指針等に関する知識
