Responsibilities

Deliver finance operations activities in line with Syngenta Global Standards, Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), other applicable corporate policies and procedures.　Manage end-to-end (E2E) Accounts Receivable (AR) process and support broad accounting related activities, i.e. Group Reporting, Statutory Accounting/Tax Reporting, Treasury activities.Use best practices and knowledge to improve processes and services. 
Main responsibilities:

• Manage E2E AR process including customer credit management and policy in line with the latest accounting/tax requirement, involving and gaining support by necessary stakeholders. 
• Co-work with both internal/external shared service centers managing daily activities related to Account Receivable area. 
• Support Finance Operation Lead in various accounting field including reporting, tax, treasury activities, actively involved in the month end closing and year end processes.
• Support internal / external auditors with data requested, in the relevant area.
• Perform control procedures guided by the internal control framework.
• Job scope could be flexible depending on candidates experience.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience in multinational environment
• Concern for high standards and data accuracy with service mindset
• Ability to communicate financial information to a finance and non-finance audience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Good command over usage of Excel.
• Work in a shared service finance center may be beneficial.
