Responsibilities

• 社内のインフラ環境の設計・構築・保守業務全般をご担当いただきます。
• ネットワーク管理（LAN、WAN、無線）
• アカウント管理（AD、EntraID）
• メール管理（Exchange）
• セキュリティ対応 【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】  

【1日の流れ】

• 5割：ミーティング、社内ユーザー問い合わせ対応、ベンダーコントロール
• 5割：インフラ環境の作業    

- ヘルプデスク内からエスカレーションの対応
- 外部依頼     
- その他ネットワークエラー、システム処理

• インフラ環境の作業につき、日中は社内ユーザーが利用中のため  月に約2回終業時間後に作業を実施  

【英語の活用】

• 海外拠点のIT担当者とメール、問い合わせ対応
• IT担当者のグローバルミーティング  
• インフラ環境の業務を幅広く経験でき自身のスキルアップ、 さらに海外IT関係の交流により英語力のスキルアップ  

Requirements

• 英語力、英会話力　ビジネスレベル
• コミュニケーション能力
• OAスキル（Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Dosコマンド、WSH）

以下に関する実務経験5年以上:

• ネットワークの知識（IPv4、IPv6、FW、NAT、Proxy等）  
• Microsoft社製品の知識（Active Directory、Exchange、Entra ID、Intune、アクセス権、MECM、PowerShell等）  
• セキュリティの知識
