Responsibilities

海外の販売会社や代理店と共に製品のアフターサービスの実行を企画する要のポジションをお任せします。

• サービス活動の軸となる活動方針、政策などを本社サービスと共に築き上げていきます。
• 市場密着活動を通じて、市場実態を把握し製品強化や品質向上につなげます。
• 代理店やDLRの業務サポートとして点検を促すキャンペーンなどのサービス普及活動を行います。
• 製品やサービスに関わる技術情報の書面化と社内外へのアナウンスを行います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 普通自動車運転免許（AT限定可）
• 機械に関わる業務経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト500点以上

歓迎条件：

• 海外駐在もしくは海外との業務経験
• アフターサービスや品質保証経験をお持ちの方
