Responsibilities

• 新規装置・新規モジュールのプロセス技術開発のための先端技術動向、市場動向などの情報収集・分析・開発企画
• 新規装置・新規モジュール開発のためのプロセス性能の企画、開発に関するプロセス評価業務
• 顧客先装置のプロセス性能の向上に関するサポート、課題に対するソリューションの提供

Requirements

必須条件：

• 製造プロセスの開発、改善の経験
• 化学、物理、材料の基礎的な知識
• 基本的な装置、測定装置の操作のスキル
• 大学での専攻：化学系、物理工学系、材料工学系の専攻

歓迎条件：

• 半導体デバイスメーカー、半導体造装置メーカー、半導体材料メーカーでの技術担当経験者
• （特にフォトリソグラフィー）
• 3～5名程度のマネジメント経験
