Our client is a manufacturer of machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductors and flat panel displays.

Responsibilities

• イオン注入を用いた新規プロセス技術開発
• デバイス技術動向調査に基づいた装置技術提案
• 新規装置／プロセスの顧客プロモーション

Requirements

必須条件：

• 半導体の研究開発又は製造経験15年以上
• デバイスインテグレーション経験5年以上
• 英語力（ビジネス会話ができるレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 半導体物理の知識
• 国際学会での発表経験

7.53 - 8.17 million yen
