Responsibilities

• M&A案件の発掘・案件化（会社戦略に沿ったマーケット・事業分析、金融機関等を活用したアプローチ等）
• エグゼキューション業務～M&A先の財務デューデリジェンス業務～バリュエーション作成～ドキュメンテーション業務までの実行（PMI領域含む)
• M&Aのストラクチャー構築
• PMI方針／100日プランの策定
• M&Aの関連するファイナンス企画
• 国内外のSaas会社分析等

Requirements

必須要件：

• 下記のような企業での事業投資・Pre M&A業務に関するご経験（3年以上）
  • コンサルティングファーム・FAS・証券会社（M&A）
  • 事業会社（M&A／投資業務）
  • 投資ファンド等
• エグゼキューションでプロジェクトマネジメント経験（1件以上／規模感は不問）
• エグゼキューションに必要な各種会計・財務・法務・契約・税務等の関連の知識
