Responsibilities

• グループ会社の会計税務ガバナンス業務
• 国際税務（移転価格、PE課税、グローバルミニマム課税、等）
• 連結決算業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記いずれか
• 連結決算あるいはM&A時の会計知識があり、公認会計士と専門的な議論が可能であること
• タックスアドバイザーと専門的な議論が可能な知識と経験
• 英語力（TOEIC730点以上）

歓迎条件：

• TOEIC800点以上の英語力
• 会計事務所、税務コンサルタント会社でのご経験
• 大手上場企業の会計、または税務専門部署での就業経験
