Responsibilities

■部署・サービスについて：

グループの取引先管理・調達管理による調達活動の効率最大化と不正防止を部署のミッションとして、現在、グループの購買ガバナンス体制の整備、取引先管理体制の整備、反社チェック体制の構築を進めています。
現在、グループ各社への標準プロセス制定および適用を通じて調達ガバナンス強化に注力しており、海外のグループ各社へ展開が主になります。変化のスピードが早く、国際的でダイナミックな環境下での業務が可能です。

■業務内容：

• グループの調達購買に関するガバナンスポリシーやルールの策定
• 上記のポリシーやルールが適正に運用されるための体制やモニタリング方法の検討と施策推進
• 調達購買ガバナンスに係る研修コンテンツやマニュアルの作成／提供
• その他、グループ各社／各事業における調達購買ガバナンス、コンプライアンス関連活動の支援

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 調達購買もしくは営業、監査業務の実務または管理経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力

■歓迎条件：

• 調達プロセスの構築または改善経験、社内規程／ルールの策定／教育経験
• 複数部署に跨るプロジェクトの推進経験
• 調達システム(Ariba、Coupa等)の実務経験や知識
• 経理業務に関する知識
• 監査に関する知識
• 海外での勤務経験
• ビジネスレベルの中国語
