Responsibilities

■業務内容：

マーケティンググループの中に位置づけされるUIUXデザインチームは、モバイル法人のWebページのUIUXデザインを横断的に担うチームとなります。
ユーザーへの提供価値を高めるためのUI／UXデザイン及び、チームビルディング・リードをお任せします。

■具体的な業務：

• 常にお客様視点にたって物事を考え、顧客中心設計によるサイトの改善活動を回しながら、事業売上への貢献を担う
• ユーザーのコンテキストを調査・分析・課題抽出
• 目標管理：開発生産性などKPIを用いたチーム状態の把握と早期アクション（PDCAサイクルの推進）
• エンジニアサイドとの調整・全体の進捗の把握管理
• 社内外のステークホルダーとコミュニケーションをとりニーズ・評価の明確化
• 8名程度のチームのマネジメント（チームの方針決定、育成・評価、1on1面談）

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• Webサイト のUI設計の経験
• ３名以上の組織のチームビルディングマネジメント経験
• システムの仕様を理解し、要件定義を行った経験

■歓迎要件：

• イベント会場などで使用する看板やパンフレット、チラシのデザイン制作 経験
• コミュニケーションスキルの高い方
• 英語スキル（TOEIC800点以上レベル）

6.5 - 8.5 million yen
