We offer a wide range of accounting, tax and financial consulting services. We have deep expertise in areas such as corporate finance, wealth management, and international taxation, and serve a diverse client base. In the past, our main clients have been major financial institutions and investment funds in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. In recent years, however, our client base has become increasingly diverse, including multinational corporations, small and midsize companies, and wealthy individuals.

Responsibilities

クライアントは、国内の大手金融機関/VC/独立系投資会社などが組成するファンドです。投資対象は各分野の未上場企業で、M&AまたはIPOでの出口を想定しています。投資対象企業に対する投資手法には普通株の他、優先株、転換社債、劣後ローンなど様々な投資スキームがあり、PE/VCファンドビジネスに精通していけるポジションです。

• 顧客対応業務
• 出資、分配、投資、経費支出及び投資収益の入出金に係るモニタリング
• 会計、資金関係の顧客照会対応
• 記帳・決算業務
• ビジネスマーケティング
• 新規業務開発（LPSの会計に係るシステム開発、GP会社の会計税務、LP向けの新規サービス　等）
• 協会活動（PE協会、VC協会）

Requirements

必須要件

• 下記（※）いずれかの資格を有し、監査法人での監査経験が3～4年ある方（監査対象の業種は問わず）
• 会計士／会計士試験合格者／税理士／税理士科目合格者／USCPA
• 英語の読み書きがビジネスレベルの方

歓迎要件

• 投資事業有限責任組合、有限責任事業組合 又は Cayman Limited Partnershipの会計処理・決算業務の実務経験がある方
• 又は上記を対象とした監査の経験がある方
