Responsibilities

• 全社的なサステナビリティ戦略立案・実行、部門横断的なサステナビリティ取り組み推進を担当いただきます。
• グローバルや日本政府が進めるイニシアティブ（カーボンニュートラル、サーキュラーエコノミー、）の窓口としての役割も持ちます。
• サステナビリティ関連の情報収集および課題抽出・対応検討
• 取り組みを推進するための仕組みづくり（全社組織への落とし込み）
• 社内外窓口

Requirements

• 英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)
• 自動車業界でのサステナビリティ推進経験
• 海外対応英語力(TOEIC700点以上目安)
• 新たな分野への知的好奇心が高く、学習意欲、挑戦意欲、成長意欲の高い方
• 壁を乗り越えるポジティブな思考を持ち、課題に対し計画立てて実行する自己管理能力を有する方
• リーダーシップを発揮して、組織内外のコミュニケーションを積極的に取れる方
• 地道に積み上げる仕事にも粘り強く対応できる方

下記いずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方:

• 企業の経営企画、サステナビリティ推進部門の経験
• コンサルティング会社等にて経営、サステナビリティに関するアドバイザリー経験
• ESG評価機関における実務経験
