Responsibilities

同社が製造する産業用蓄電池、蓄電池型EV用急速充電器、船舶用大型蓄電池の設計および開発を機械設計リードエンジニア（マネージャー又はシニアマネージャー待遇）を募集しています。


■業務内容

主な業務は、蓄電池製品の設計及び設計業務全体マネジメントとなります。同社のR&D部門と生産部門と連携し、次世代の蓄電池製品の安定した量産計画への貢献並びに、ISO9001に準拠した設計・開発プロセスを確立頂きます。

Requirements

■必須条件

• 機械工学や機械設計に関する高い専門知識
• ISO9001品質管理体系の理解と実践経験
• CAD/CAMツール（例: AutoCAD、SolidWorks、CATIA）の使用経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力※TOEIC(R)テスト860点以上

■歓迎条件

• リチウムイオン電池やその他の蓄電池技術に関する知識
• 高電圧および高電流の設計経験
• 電気回路設計およびモデリングの経験
• 機械工学又は電気工学等の関連分野の学士号以上の学歴
• 産業用蓄電池設計経験者優遇
