Responsibilities

• 顧客先へのシステム納品、据付、研修、アプリケーショントレーニングの実施
• 故障時のトラブルシューティングおよび修理の実施
• 修理内容のレポート作成およびドイツ工場へのレポート提出
• 訪問、メール、電話による顧客への技術サポートによるブランド力向上
• 保守契約、消耗品販売等のアフターサービス営業および関連業務
• 据付に際し、弊社分析機器事業部のエンジニアや、本社ドイツ担当者との綿密な連絡および調整業務

Requirements

必須条件　

• 顕微鏡の利用経験
• 電子顕微鏡の利用経験
• 普通自動車運転免許

歓迎要件

• ラマン顕微鏡や電子顕微鏡の基礎知識

6.5 - 7.5 million yen
