Responsibilities

• 中長期視点でのリスク・機会を反映したサステナビリティ経営の企画・立案
• サステナビリティ（ESG）情報に関するグローバル全社マネジメント、法定開示等の対応スキーム構築・推進
• ESGアカウンタビリティの推進、外部ESG評価への対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• サステナビリティ（ESG）情報の収集・管理、情報開示の経験
• グローバル基準に準じたレポーティング、ESG評価対応の経験
• 海外リージョンのメンバーと協議できるレベルの英語力・経験

歓迎条件：

• サステナビリティ経営の企画・立案、グローバル全社への施策展開に携わった経験
• サステナビリティ分野のコンサルティング業務に携わった経験
• 社内横断のプロジェクトに参画した経験
• サステナビリティ開示規定の条項を解釈する能力、財務に関する知識
