Responsibilities

• チームリーダーとしてCTS日本のサービスチームのリーダーとして、日本におけるサービス戦略を確立して頂きます。
• 本社と月1回程度、グローバル会議があり、そこに出席頂きます。（基本はweb形式）
• 社内および現場において、製品のメンテナンス、修理、校正をISO17025関連基準に従って行います。
• 社内および社外の顧客に対して、リモートおよびオンサイトで障害診断とトラブルシューティングを行います (必要な場合)。
• 実施されたサービスの実行と文書化を含む、国内外の顧客とのメンテナンス、修理、校正の調整を行います。
• 顧客および社内のスペアパーツ要件を担当分野内の関連部門と調整および評価します。
• サービスとサポートのケース管理をします。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 電気回路図が読める方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（オンライン会議でやりとりできるレベル）
• 日本語（ビジネスレベル）

歓迎条件：

• ISO、IEC、ANSI などの国際 EMC 規格に準拠した作業に経験のある方
• マネジメント経験
