We operate a membership-based driving club that includes a private circuit. Our concept revolves around providing a unique driving experience unlike any other circuit in the world, where affluent members can drive their luxury vehicles. We offer private circuits equipped with accommodation facilities and restaurants, delivering top-notch services to satisfy our owners. Located just one hour from the city center, our club boasts accessibility and stunning views of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Bay. We are growing into one of the world's premier private driving clubs.

Responsibilities

• 管理部門のスタッフ(3名)管理を含む業務全般
• 経理全般
  • 予算編成、日次、月次、中間決算、本決算、税務対応（税務申告自体は顧問税理士サポートあり）
• 財務全般
  • 日次の資金管理、キャッシュフロー予測
• 各種契約管理、地元・官公庁対応など総務全般
• クラブ会員組織の事務局運営管理、会員様対応
• 上記にかかるIT等の更なる活用を通じた業務効率化の企画・実行
• その他、CEO・CFOなどマネジメントのサポート、特命事項

Requirements

必須条件：

• 財務経理業務3年以上の実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（会話含む）
• プレイングマネジャー経験
• ExcelやITに明るく、各種データ分析ができる方

歓迎条件：

• ゴルフ場やホテル等のリゾート施設、会員制のビジネス、会員クラブの事務局運営経験
• 知名度が上がりつつあるアジア初の弊社の事業や高級車そのものに関心がある方
