Responsibilities

• 上位が決定したアライアンスパートナーとの協業シナジー創出のために必要な仕組み・体制提案、社内外ステークホルダーとの合意に基づき、構築した仕組みの社内への周知、両社購買協業戦略の整合および実行の実務。
• 具体的には、アライアンスに関する契約書および協業情報の管理、ステータスの把握（アライアンスパートナーおよび社内がカウンターパート）。
• キーアカウントマネジャーのサポートとして文書のドラフトなどを作成する。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 製造業（OEMもしくはサプライチェーンの上流が望ましい）におけるアライアンス、渉外業務経験、実務経験5年程度（相談可能）
• 文書作成スキル、日本語力（ビジネスレベル）、英語力（ビジネスレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 製造業における購買部門の勤務経験
• 折衝・調整・交渉能力、プレゼンテーション資料作成
