Responsibilities

• 生産拠点エンジニアと連携してIE（Industrial Engineering）分析、OEE（Overall Equipment Effectiveness）分析等を行い、下記を推進いただきます。
• 生産装置の処理能力の検証、中長期的な能力改善施策の提案と実行
• 生産ライン作業人員数の妥当性検証、中長期的人員改善施策の提案と実行
• 製造コスト解析、検証、中長期的改善施策の提案と実行

Requirements

• 半導体前工程の基本的なプロセスフローを理解していること
• 関係部門との円滑なコミュニケーションをとる能力があること
• IE分析スキルを保有していること
• OEE分析スキルを保有していること
• 英語：日常会話レベル
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル

歓迎条件:

• Excelのマクロが使える
• 半導体製造の生産技術業務を経験している
• 理系の4年生大学以上を修了している
