Responsibilities

• CMC研究部門におけるEHS（安全・衛生・環境）担当業務やEHS推進活動。
• 安全関連業務におけるリスクアセスメント、安衛法改正対応、化学物質関連の課題解決業務。  
• その他EHS関連の研究支援業務。

Requirements

• 医薬品・化学品メーカーなどの研究者としのて経験（CMC研究部門に限らない）
• 研究部門もしくはEHS関連部門でEHS（安全・衛生・環境）担当業務やEHS推進活動のリーディング経験  
• 患者志向（患者さんのことを考えて行動する）
• チームおよび個人の目標へのコミット意識が高く、目標達成に向けて困難があっても粘り強く邁進し続ける
• ステークホルダーやメンバーを巻き込んでチームとしてより高い成果を目指す。

歓迎条件:

• 安全関連の担当経験、リスクアセスメントや安衛法改正対応、化学物質関連の課題解決の経験
