We design, manufacture, process, and sell various material products such as fluororesin products and high-performance rubber for a wide range of industries, including industrial equipment, chemicals, machinery, energy, telecommunications, semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, and aviation. Our representative products include sealing products like packings and gaskets. These products, which support the foundation of various industries, contribute to production efficiency, safety assurance, performance enhancement, advanced functionality, energy conservation, and environmental safety.

Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 国内外グループ会社、協力工場の生産工程のデジタル化、FA化
• 人手作業の機械化や加工工程の連続化など製造ラインのFA化に関する業務
• 製造工程における最新加工技術や検査技術の評価導入業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 工程設計を含むFA化（企画～設備仕様検討～設備導入）の経験
• AIを搭載した設備の導入経験
• 電気回路設計の経験
• 生産設備の仕様策定から導入、立上げの業務経験
• 製造ラインの自動化構想企画や加工工程の自動化などFA化の業務経験
