Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial gases.

Responsibilities

• Technical support related to process safety of gas manufacturing plants
• Technical guidance
• Process safety improvement activities of gas manufacturing plants
• Optimization of equipment maintenance of gas manufacturing plants (considering maintenance of process safety )
• Process safety Progress management and reporting of activities

Requirements

Required knowledge / skills:

• petrochemical, maintenance and development activities experience about the process safety in the plant, such as industrial gases
• petrochemical, design of process safety equipment in the plant, such as industrial gas, maintenance experience
• Communication experience in English and Japanese

(if necessary)

• Experience in designing and operating process safety instrumentation equipment

Required knowledge / skills:

• Knowledge / operational experience of process safety system (fire, explosion, poisonous gas, oxygen deficiency, high pressure, high temperature, etc.) (Teaching level)
• Maintenance and operation experience of equipment and devices (Teaching level)
• Knowledge and operation experience of P & ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) (Teaching level)
• Communication in Japanese and English (Business level)
