Responsibilities

担当クライアントに対するマーケティング課題のヒアリングおよび提案活動

既存部署への深耕営業、データプロダクトの提案

新規部署への純営業、ケイパビリティ紹介等

具体的な提案内容の一部

オンライン広告の効果測定の提案

クライアント及びインサイトの各データ連携の提案

オウンドメディアのプロファイル分析の提案

受注案件における入稿～納品、請求やアフターフォローまで含めたプロジェクトマネジメント

ディレクター、リサーチャーと連携しながらプロジェクトの責任者としての全体管理

見積り、スケジュール、その他クライアント対応全般

外注費等のコスト管理および検収、請求に関する事務作業   等

売上拡大／利益創出に寄与する業務改善活動や仕組みづくりの推進

定常業務の効率化やディレクター、リサーチャーチームとの連携強化

クライアントニーズを基にしたインサイトの価値発揮向上に寄与する活動・取り組みの推進等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 法人営業経験5年以上
• コミュニケーション力を活かして業務に取組める方
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint初級～中級程度）

歓迎条件：

• リーダー／マネジメント業務、人材育成業務経験
• マーケティングリサーチ実施または関与経験
• データ分析関連プロジェクト実施または関与経験

5.5 - 8 million yen
