Responsibilities

• グループの持つビッグデータとマーケティングリサーチの意識データを融合したデータソリューション開発を推進するため、以下のいずれか、もしくは複数を担える方を募集します。

マーケティングリサーチシステムの企画開発

リサーチデータとビッグデータの融合に適したリサーチ関連システムの企画開発

自然言語処理、画像認識、音声認識などのAI技術を用いたソリューションの開発

大規模意識データの企画開発並びに営業推進

顧客ニーズに適した大規模意識データの企画開発

大規模意識データを元にしたソリューション企画開発

AIを活用したリサーチプロセス（データ収集、分析、報告書の作成等）の効率化と革新

AIに関する最新の研究成果の調査と実践への応用

AIプロジェクトの要件定義、設計、実装、テスト、運用までの一連のプロセス管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• マーケティングリサーチまたは関連分野での実務経験
• クライアントへの調査企画提案から分析、レポーティング及びプレゼンテーション経験
• データの設計／分析／レポーティングの実務経験
• AI、機械学習に関する知識および実務経験
• システム開発のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• コミュニケーションスキル、チームでの協働経験

歓迎条件：

• AI（特に生成AI）を活用し、新たなデータ分析の業務設計を行った経験
