Responsibilities

• 各事業部に1チームが着き、ターゲット部門のIT/デジタルのグローバル一体活動のワーキングに参加し、IT領域における全体方針（データ活用、工場系、営業系、インフラ系、等を含めた企画・運用）の企画検討を担っていただきます。
• 具体的にはIT基盤やセキュリティ方針の策定、老朽化したITシステムの刷新検討～実行、各国データの利活用促進などの施策を関連部門とも協働いただきながら調査～企画をしていきます。
• チームは、PJマネージャー、外部コンサルタント、同社のメンバー等含め4名程度で構成されます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語力(海外とのMTGが可能な方)
• メーカーでのDX推進経験　(社内IT部門・製造現場いずれも可)   もしくは、外部コンサルなどとして製造業のITコンサル経験がある方

6.5 - 11 million yen
