Responsibilities

■業務概要：

• 社内DX推進、業務改革(BPR)、組織改革推進において、社内業務改革のプロジェクトリードあるいはPMO役をご担当いただきます。
• また、海外関係会社や販社などを跨る横断的なプロジェクトのPMOも担って頂きます。

■業務詳細：

• 中期経営計画の策定、遂行のフォローアップについて、プロジェクトのリードないしはメンバーとして検討推進を担う。
• M&Aや戦略提携に関する案件について、プロジェクトのリードないしはメンバーとして検討推進を担う。
• 社内（本社各部門だけでなく、販売会社等の関係会社含む）の業務効率化を目指し、現状業務の分析、BPR（ビジネス・プロセス・リエンジニアリング）による業務改革、Microsoft CopilotなどのAI活用の推進、その他のIT・データ活用推進（RPA活用、データ・ウェアハウス・BIツール活用等）に関する社内DXコンサルティング活動を進める。
• また、関連するマーケティング・CRMの仕組み導入、サブスクリプション収益管理、顧客データ・契約データ管理、ダイレクト・マーケティングの強化、カスタマー・コンタクト・センターの強化などのテーマでのプロジェクトに、リーダーもしくは、プロジェクトメンバーとして参加して、プロジェクト推進を図る。

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 業務改革・IT活用等に関する企画・設計・構築・運用・保守・コンサルティングなどの5年以上の実務経験
• 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
  
  • コンサルティング会社やITベンダー等での業務/組織改革コンサルティング、ITコンサルティングなどでのプロジェクト経験者（コンサルティング業務経験３年程度以上を想定）
  • 事業会社での企画部門・IT部門などでの業務改善・業務改革プロジェクトの経験者
