Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Promoting test processes such as test planning, analysis, design, implementation, and execution
• Leading and implementing exploratory testing
• Together with the Scrum team, design and implement tests according to points to be verified and speed.
• (If available) Process improvement proposals and implementation promotion utilizing knowledge of development technology and agile development, etc.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Those who are highly interested in QA/testing work
• Team player-oriented person who can solve problems and execute tasks related to testing work while communicating smoothly with superiors, members, and stakeholders.
• Those who have experience in test design, test execution, bug reporting, and correction confirmation under the direction of a leader.
• Those whose Japanese language proficiency is at native level, or equivalent to level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) or higher
