• 担当プロジェクトの技術仕様と属性（仕組みの性能）を定義し、要件に落とし込むまでの各種実務をご担当いただきます。

Requirements

• 電気自動車用のモータ・インバータ開発（電気）の経験  
• 自分の成長に必要な知識、スキル、行動を継続的に学習している方
• 変化を柔軟に受け入れ、既存の枠組みにはまることなく常に新しいことへチャレンジする姿勢を持っている方
• 自動車業界の大変革期の中で、自らの専門性を発揮したいと考えている方
• 自分の意見を持ち、異なる考え方や意見を受け容れて最適な解を見つけることができるコミュニケーション能力が高い方

歓迎条件:

• 自動車メーカーまたは部品メーカーにおいて、電気自動車関連の開発業務に関するプロジェクト経験
• 社外と会議できるレベルでの英語力
