Responsibilities

• 本社のIT部門に所属
• 全社的なビジネスプロセス改革プロジェクトのひとつである、治験薬SCMプロジェクトを推進。臨床開発本部、製薬/生産技術本部、財務経理部と協業し、Roche社から提供されるToBeのアーキテクチャ、システムテンプレート（S/4HANA+SAP BTP中心）を評価し、AsIsの治験薬サプライチェーン管理機能の新アーキテクチャをRocheと検討
• システムスコープ確定後は、テンプレート機能のFit/Gap分析、固有要件定義、Rocheと連携した開発、テスト、データ移行などのPJ活動をローカルアフィリエイトのITリード立場から主導

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造業サプライチェーン領域一連の業務プロセスの業務知識（購買/在庫/生産/物流/販売管理）
• 社内SE/コンサルタントとして顧客ビジネス部門課題を分析/改善策立案/実行推進を担当した経験
• ユーザー企業のIT部門/システム利用者、外部ベンダーなど多様なステークホルダー参加のもと、プロジェクトを遂行した経験

歓迎要件：

• 製薬業界臨床領域の業務アプリケーションの開発経験
• サプライチェーン管理業務アプリケーションの導入/展開プロジェクト経験（チームリード以上の経験）、運用保守経験
