Responsibilities

• IT部門としての年次計画策定のとりまとめ、フォローアップ
• IT部門の業務運営に関するプロセスの見直し、全体最適化推進（システム開発に限定しない仕事の仕方の見直しやツール導入検討、グローバルのベストプラクティスのリサーチや活用も含む）
• IT部門の組織開発に関する部門マネジメントサポート（スタッフエンゲージメントの向上等）

Requirements

必要条件：

• IT部門経験5年以上
• また以下の内、１つ以上経験していること
  • 全体最適を見据えたプロセスリエンジニアリングまたはシステム導入 
  • 事業会社ないしはコンサルティングファームでのIT組織強化施策推進、支援
  • IT人材育成、または組織開発
• プロセス改善に関する手法、フレームワーク及びプロジェクト管理手法に関する知識（BPMN、MECE、PMP等） 
• TOEIC 600点相当の英語力（海外とのビジネスコミュニケーション経験あればなお可）
