Responsibilities

• 複数GXP-QA（GMP,GCP,GLP,CSPV,MA,GQP等）や他部門・ユニット（グローバル）を跨る新規検討案件や改善案件の施策立案及びプロジェクトリード
• グローバルQA組織における中計・年度業績目標の立案、パフォーマンスの把握と推進
• DX、デジタルテクノロジーの活用推進に向けた施策立案、プロジェクトリード  

Requirements

• 製薬企業でのGXP*-QAまたはGXP*業務の経験（*GXP:GMP,GCP,GLP,CSPV,MA,GQP等）
• グローバル・他部所・他社を巻き込んだ新規検討案件や改善案件の施策立案及びプロジェクトリードの経験

• 文章作成能力、パワーポイント等を用いた可視化能力
