• 内部統制、ガバナンス
• リスクマネメント
• 情報開示
• 不正防止
• 安全保障貿易管理
• 新規事業領域
• 情報セキュリティ、プライバシー保護、データガバナンス
• 米国SOX法対応　等

Requirements

• 以下いずれか指導的立場で2年以上
• 内部監査実務経験
• 財務諸表作成実務
• 上記に加え、以下いずれかの英語力
• 英語でのメールや電話会議で不自由がないこと
• 海外の大学(院)留学か海外駐在が通算2年以上
• TOEIC(R)800点以上

歓迎条件：

• 監査法人、コンサルティング会社での実務経験(特に、監査業務、内部統制構築)
• 公認会計士(日本)、US-CPA(米国公認会計士)、CIA(公認内部監査人)、CISA(公認情報システム監査人)のいずれかを保有
