Responsibilities

データ駆動型経営基盤構築プロジェクトの進捗･成果の総合管理・推進（１）プロジェクト進捗管理

• プロジェクトの全体計画・要員・予算の管理
• プロジェクトのガバナンスの管理（プロジェクト体制構築、プロジェクト内関係者･経営との定期･不定期の意見交換）
• 各ワーキンググループ内部、ワーキンググループ間、プロジェクト対象外、の課題の管理
• プロジェクトの対象範囲の特定とプロジェクト外のシステム（サイドカー等）構築との連携

（２）プロジェクトの成果品質向上

• 成果の品質の追跡手法確立、追跡（KPI設定・管理等）
• チェンジマネジメント、ケイパビリティビルディングの企画・設計・実行
• マスターデータマネジメント設計（活動内容、スコープ、タイムラインの設計・実行）

（３）ベンダーマネジメント　・ベンダーの成果の管理、システム構築（４）各ワーキンググループの推進管理、各極との調整

• 各ワーキンググループの日常の進捗の管理・推進
• PMO、ワーキンググループにおける各極の連携の状況フォロー、改善

Requirements

必須条件:

• グローバルなコミュニケーション能力（会議をリードできる英語力、異文化への理解）
• 経営管理業務の経験（予算管理プロセス等の理解）
• 製薬企業での勤務経験（製薬企業のバリューチェーンや製薬企業に必要なファンクションの理解）
• 多くの部門の利害を調整し、プロジェクトを推進するスキル（対人折衝力、協調性、積極性、課題突破力、誠実さ）

歓迎条件:

• グローバルな業務変革PJのPMOとしての経験（Change Managementの重要性等の理解）
