Responsibilities

• パワーデバイス・プロセス開発
• 構想検討から量産技術確立までのウェハプロセス開発エンジニア
• デバイス構造設計や300mmウエハプロセスフロー構築
• 要素プロセス技術（ウエハプロセス）、製品設計、品質保証など多部門との連携

Requirements

• 半導体デバイス構造設計やプロセス開発経験　３年以上
• 200mmまたは300mmウェハプロセス開発経験　３年以上

歓迎条件：

• パワーデバイス（パワーMOS）開発経験　２年以上
• TCADシミュレーションスキル
• TEGレイアウトスキル
• デバイス電気特性評価スキル
