Company overview

We primarily focus on the development and sales of automotive air conditioning compressors. Our main business areas include compressor and air conditioning systems, store system solutions, vending system solutions, and residential environment systems. In the automotive air conditioning sector, we develop, manufacture, and sell compressors and heat exchangers across Japan, Asia, America, and Europe, boasting a significant global market share. Additionally, we are dedicated to developing vending machines and environmentally friendly products such as EcoCute. Since our establishment, we have continuously aimed to create excellent products that benefit our customers, expanding our business both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

【業務内容】
磁気回路設計における高度専門技術者として、顧客の将来ニーズを予測し、それを達成するためのモータ新技術を開発いただきます。

• モータ設計、解析、評価
• 外部企業との協業開発

【使用ツール・資格】

• JMAG、Maxwell、Ansys、CATIA

【キャリアステップイメージ】

• 先行開発部門で3年程度経験後、海外顧客への新技術提案や説明をご担当いただきます。顧客の信頼を得る、そして更にその先は本人次第でステップアップが可能です。

Requirements

【必須要件】

• 5年以上のモータ磁気回路設計の経験
• JMAG、Maxwellなど磁場解析ソフトの使用経験
• 機械設計ソフト使用経験、及び機械製図能力
• モータの動作原理、構造、及び製造プロセスに精通しており、設計作業を独立して完了できる能力

【歓迎要件】

• 自動車業界での設計業務に携わっていた経験
• 電動コンプレッサモータの設計経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上相当の英語力
