Responsibilities

海外エネルギー分野の事業投資（M＆A含む）を積極的に推進するにあたり、下記業務をお任せします。
業務内容

• 戦略策定、案件探索、契約交渉、モデリング、ストラクチャー検討、会計・財務・法務等に関するリスク分析（デューデリジェンス）、各種ドキュメンテーション、金融機関や外部アドバイザーとの協議等を担当します。
• 加えて、事業投資成立後のプロジェクトのマネジメント等の業務全般も行って頂きます。

Requirements

下記のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

• 商社やメーカー等の事業会社での投資案件や企業買収もしくは売却の実務経験
• 金融機関やコンサルティング会社でのM＆Aアドバイザリーの実務経験

歓迎条件

• 公認会計士、税理士等の有資格者（国内外問わず）
• 会計／税務に関する実務経験、専門知識をお持ちの方
• 投資の経済性分析に関するモデリングの実務経験、専門知識をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方（TOEIC(R)900レベル～）
