Company overview

Our client is a prominent tech firm that delivers IT solutions for the semiconductor and flat panel display industries. With a global presence, its core operations revolve around the development and production of essential equipment for semiconductor devices. It has actively expanded into the electronics and solar power generation business, further exploring its reach and impact as a company.

Responsibilities

• 担当装置は自社製のALD（成膜装置）6機種を扱っていますが、装置ごとにカスタマイズしているため、装置ごとのトラブルシューティングが必要です。
• エラーやトラブル発生時に顧客から連絡が入りますので、状況に応じ現地訪問で修理、メール・電話でサポートを行います。
• 新規装置導入では、装置立上げから対応いただきます。（全体の50％程度）フィンランド本社工場から装置やパーツ一式が輸入されてきます。
• 他社の半導体製造装置と直接接続している機種もあるため、不具合改善はウエハの品質評価と原因特定を行います。
• 国内だけで解決が難しい場合はフィンランドにあるHQとオンライン接続し、カメラで確認しながら開発チームのアドバイスを元に作業を進める事もあります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 高専卒以上（理系学部卒）
• 工作機械や精密機械などのトラブルシューティング経験
• 自動車運転免許
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 半導体経験

歓迎条件：

• 半導体経験、ALD、PVD、CVD、もしくはその他真空機能を有する装置のメンテナンス経験
• 電気回路が読める方
