Responsibilities

As the person in charge of marketing in the HR-Tech business development office, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Main responsibilities:

• Design and execution of promotions such as mass advertising/web advertising to acquire new customers
• Media planning and negotiation for acquiring leads and attracting customers for events, etc.
• Examining and implementing cross-selling strategies through existing customer base
• Coordination and cooperation with related departments in the execution of business operations
• Building an organization through recruitment and training of core human resources in three and five years' time

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Marketing experience in Internet services
• Marketing strategy promotion experience
• Experience in planning scenarios and measures in line with customer experience
• Analysis, verification and reporting experience of investment effects in marketing measures
• Experience in BtoB marketing (growth phase)
• More than 3 years of working experience
• Those who have a strong interest in the company's products
• Language requirements: Native level Japanese proficiency, or equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 1 or higher
