Our client is an American extended warranty service provider.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Shop visiting to monitor how our service is sold at the stores to find areas of improvement
• Summarize the performance data (including identifying problems and recommending solutions)
• Negotiation with the telecom operators, telco’s franchisees and their shops about the sales improvement plans

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Good understanding of telecom business structure how the industrial operation flow, especially on the area of sales and marketing to analyze the issues and find the resolution for improvements
• Good communication skills to sound the voice from the stakeholders of our clients, partners and retail network
• Good negotiation skills to overcome the barriers of each stakeholders
• Great team-player and able to work well with people internal and external to the organization
