- Responsibilities

- Source and propose appropriate logistic service provider; Participate with the negotiation of rates and contractual terms for the service provider
- Knowledge of production allocation
- Supervise and oversee the daily operation and relationships of all third party logistics warehouse, distribution centers & transport operators servicing the Japan market.
- Monitor all 3PL activities to safeguard our brand’s financial interests and optimize service to our brand.
- Responsible for building daily product flow management discipline within our brand’s supply chain.
- Review and analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
- Define, implement, and maintain 3PL scorecards to ensure high levels of service are being provided by 3PL service providers.
- Play an active role in the introduction & continuous development of our brand’s visibility tool for shipment tracking, reporting and exception management.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure that all standards are met and appropriate levels of audit and control are implemented and managed on a routine basis.
- Develop and maintain written procedures documenting various processes, policies and functions related to the tracking of assets.
- Plan, lead and coordinate stock takes at stores and warehouse.
- Any other duties as may assign from time to time.
- Requirements

Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics in retail industry, including Import/Export and Warehouse Management.
- Business level English (above TOEIC 850)
- knowledge of product allocation (7 stores)
