Responsibilities

You will promote the company product's growth by working closely with the marketing and finance team, which develops user acquisition strategies and manages advertising operations.
Main responsibilities:

• Lead in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing measures based on data analysis
• Standardization of planning/evaluation methods for marketing measures
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, and research teams to formulate and evaluate business strategies
• Promotion of data utilization in each organization

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL language (more than 5 years of practical experience)
• Experience implementing dashboards with BI tools such as redash/Tableau (2+ years of work experience)
• Experience in analyzing performance marketing measures (1 year or more of work experience)
• Statistical knowledge at level 2 of statistical test
• Experience in proposing actions based on data analysis and improving services
• Experience leading cross-organizational projects
• Japanese business level or higher
