Responsibilities

• 需要計画作成
  • 製品の１２か月先までの需要予測を立案し、事業部やサプライチェーン部内とコミュニケーションを行いながら継続的に精度改善に努める。
• 供給計画作成及び実行
  • 立案した需要計画に基づき、供給計画を立案し実行する。　
  • その過程において事業部、サプライチェーン部、海外含むサプライヤーと協業しながら改善機会や課題を発見し、意思決定や、課題解決のためのサポート、提案を行う
• 在庫計画
  • 欠品リスク及び過剰在庫を最小限にとどめる
• 新製品導入、廃盤計画
  • 事業部の計画する新製品の導入。または廃盤、切り替え時期に基づいた供給計画及び実行を事業部及びサプライチェーン実行者とコミュニケーションを行いながら実行する
• Demand Planning
  • Develop demand forecasts for products up to 12 months in advance and continuously strive to improve accuracy by communicating with business units and within the Supply Chain Department.
• Creation and execution of supply plan
  • Based on the demand plan, we will develop and execute a supply plan.
  • In the process, discover opportunities for improvement and issues in collaboration with business units, supply chain departments, and suppliers including overseas suppliers, and provide support and proposals for decision making and problem solving.
• Inventory Planning
  • Minimize the risk of shortages and excess inventory
• New product introduction and obsolescence planning
  • Introduce new products planned by the business unit. Communicate with business units and supply chain executives to plan and execute supply plans based on the timing of new product introductions, discontinuation, and changeovers planned by the business units.

Requirements

必要条件：

• ３年以上の経験
• 言語　日本語必須、英語(TOEIC 700)もしくは同等レベル
• Excel 集計に必要な関数が使用できる　( pivot, Vlookup, 等）

Requirements.

• At least 3 years of experience
• Languages Japanese required, English (TOEIC 700) or equivalent
• Excel: Able to use functions required for tabulation (pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
