Our Client is a manufacturers of heavy duty trucks and buses.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• IT strategy planning, design and rollout of Parts Arrangement related IT system and process aligned with BoM* and Production planning.
• * BoM = Bill of Material, is a huge list of components and sub-assemblies used to build a product, such as vehicle, engine. BoM also shows quantities and structure of components.
• Consultation as a Solution Architect for new system installation and continuous improvement regarding the relevant process, work-flow, data-flow.
• IT project management for new solution realization.
• IT service/operation management including control of outsourcing vendor.
• IT Cost/Budget management.
• Business Consultant/Solution Architect for new system implementation

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Practical experiense of large-scale project management for IT system development/introduction. Especially about ERP system, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, salesforce, and so on.
• Stakeholder management and communication ability, especially about structural logical presentation of IT specific contents to business office members.
• Solution Architecture and Analysis
• Design of IT Architecture, Platform, Database
• Program/Project Management Methods (Water-fall, Agile/SCRUM)
• Modelling techniques (software/processes)
• Cloud Knowledge
• IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Data Protection and IT Security
• 4 years or more experience of working on IT related company or department
• Experience of consultation to clarify business requirements and reflect to system requirements
• Experience of IT supplier management
• Experience of working in manufacturing industry/automotive industry
• Business level Japanese and English
