Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other software, function, and test engineers to develop systems according to the V model, and communicate globally with customers and experts in other fields and conduct technical negotiations.
• Analyze, design, and implement requirements for LiDAR including vehicle motion models, recognition performance/target selection, and fusion.
• Collaborate with experts, including platform teams, to propose cutting-edge solutions for requiring functionality.
• Analyze measurement data and check and verify performance using simulation tools.

業務内容：

• 他のソフトウェア、機能、テストエンジニアと協力し、Vモデルに従ってシステムを開発し、顧客や他分野の専門家とグローバルにコミュニケーションを取り、技術的な交渉を行う。
• 車両運動モデル、認識性能/ターゲット選択、フュージョンを含むLiDARの要件を分析、設計、実装する。
• プラットフォームチームを含む専門家と協力し、必要な機能に対する最先端のソリューションを提案する。
• 測定データを分析し、シミュレーションツールを使用して性能を確認、検証する。

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Knowledge in ADAS features/algorithms and ADAS sensors such as Camera, Lidar and Radar
• Basic programming skills (C) and oriented-object programming skills (C++) more than 3 years experiences
• Matlab/Python programming skills more than 3 years
• Good communication, team and presentation skills
• Willingness to work in a distributed and diverse global team environment
• Experience in one of the following areas:
  • Tracking algorithms
  • Data fusion
  • Image & signal processing
  • Environment

必須要件：

• ADASの機能・アルゴリズム、カメラ、ライダー、レーダー等のADASセンサーに関する知識
• 基本的なプログラミングスキル(C)、指向オブジェクトプログラミングスキル(C++)を3年以上有すること。
• Matlab/Pythonプログラミングスキル 3年以上
• コミュニケーション能力、チームワーク、プレゼンテーション能力
• 分散した多様なグローバルチーム環境で働く意欲のある方
• 以下いずれかの経験（推奨）：
  • トラッキングアルゴリズム
  • データフュージョン
  • 画像・信号処理
  • 環境モデリング
  • 知覚

• ロボット関連の経験者
