- Responsibilities

- Talent management: Responsible to oversee employee experience and upgrade the quality and process. This includes review hiring process, company policies/guidelines, total compensation and termination process.
- Talent Development: Lead performance management process and a succession planning to strengthen talent pipeline.
- Organization and Workforce planning: Support organization design and monitor and report on workforce and succession planning and employee transfer.
- Employee relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, work closely with stakeholders, management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Change management: Implementing HR initiatives to support the overall business strategy
- Consulting with business leaders and provide daily HR coaching and guidance
- Data analysis: Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Strategic HR: Suggest new HR strategies
- Collaborate with COE:
- Plan hiring based on workforce planning
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Evaluate training programs, identify training needs for organization and individuals
- Requirements

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex HR issues and find solutions.
- Employee Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Talent Management: Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Talent development: Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
- Employee Relations: Resolving conflicts, managing performance issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Change Management: Navigating and facilitating organizational change with a focus on employee impact.
- Data Analysis: Using HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and identify trends.
- Legal Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaboration: Working closely with various departments and teams to understand their needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
