- Responsibilities

- Partner with the President of Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) and Japan HR Director and regional stakeholders
- Work with Regional HRBP and CVS President to build leadership capability to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of the organization and drive growth
- Support post-merger integration ie., HR regulations, culture, etc
- Lead talent review, performance management, promotion/merit increase, etc.
- Provide support for employee relations issues
- Conduct and lead HR Global projects (Performance Review, Annual Sales Review)
- Support recruiting (CV Screening, Conducting interviews, Prepare offer package)
- Monthly/quarterly reports based on global and internal requirements (e.g. headcount, people cost..etc)
- Provide On-board training for new hire
- Support IT team / Legal (admin, coordination)
- Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist (prefer to have HR leader exp)
- Experience in multinational company
- Solid HR experience for over 5 years
- HR management experience preferred
- Business level of English communication
- Agility in HR job
- Have good interpersonal skill
- Proactive mindset
- Strong in MS office skills
