Responsibilities
Main mission of the position is to acquire new customers, mainly from major companies, and will perform the following tasks.
Main responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement Process:
    • Initiate the client relationship with an initial meeting, followed by comprehensive company and product presentations.
    • Assess the client's work environment, address safety concerns, and collaboratively agree on proposal directions.
    • Internally, request and prepare proposals based on this information, presenting them to the client and ensuring smooth follow-up through their purchasing process to closure.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
  • Sales Expansion Activities:
    • Actively expand sales within client companies and affiliated groups while keeping CRM data up to date.
    • Attend exhibitions, seminars, and in-house events of customer/partner companies.
    • Negotiate business opportunities through a hybrid approach, combining support from the in-house team with self-reliant initiatives.
    • Additionally, engage in domestic business trips, ranging from once to several times a month.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • The overall approach involves a systematic and holistic management of client relationships, spanning initial engagement, proposal preparation, and presentation to follow-up.
    • This includes strategic activities for sales expansion, participation in industry events, and a flexible negotiation approach, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach in business dealings.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Language skills Business Japanese and conversational English
  •  Individuals with a willingness to take on challenging objectives.
  •  Those who aspire to engage in dynamic sales activities targeting major companies.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate sales and proposal sales is welcomed, regardless of the industry.
  • Have a track record of successful corporate sales, including experience in forklift and machinery manufacturing, steel trading, banking, etc. These individuals have demonstrated proficiency in proposal skills and have achieved notable results.
  • Possess sales experience in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and construction, which would be highly advantageous.
