Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute IT strategies that support and align with the company's business objectives. This includes a clear focus on leveraging existing platform capabilities to their fullest, explicitly avoiding custom development and coding wherever possible to ensure system scalability and sustainability.
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of key systems including Shopify Plus, Salesforce, Azure SQL, Microsoft 365, and other relevant technologies, prioritizing the use of native platform functionalities over custom solutions to maintain system stability and compatibility, especially during platform upgrades.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, while maintaining a commitment to avoiding custom coding to prevent issues during platform updates. Oversee IT budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Maintain (and enhance as needed) a Zero Trust-based infrastructure security, combined with Azure and M365, along with endpoint management and data loss prevention.
  • Empower digital marketing initiatives by providing robust IT system support, enabling advanced computational insights, lookalike extension segmentation, and the acquisition of web behavior data. This role involves not just supporting, but actively enhancing digital marketing strategies through the integration of innovative IT solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making and personalized marketing approaches.
  • Create and manage data dashboards, with proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau Data Prep/Recipe.
  • Oversee a small team with two direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
