Our client is the Japanese subsidiary of one of the top five IT service companies in Asia. It provides IT and consulting services, offering a wide range of solutions from application development and maintenance to system integration, artificial intelligence (AI), and outsourcing services.

Responsibilities

• 同社のフォーカスカスタマーであるお客様の現行のインフラ運用と、運用の高度化を提案・導入していくシニアレベルのService Delivery Managerの方を募集します。
• 具体的には、同社グローバルのソリューション(自動化やAI、クラウド等)をお客様にフィットする形で提案し、複雑化したお客様のシステムやその運用を段階的に移行していくロードマップの作成、ソリューションの提案、マネージドサービスの設計・導入をお客様のデリバリー責任者として実施頂きます。

Requirements

• インフラ運用/マネージドサービス運用PM以上のご経験(5年以上)

＜歓迎条件＞

• 10億円前後以上の大規模ITインフラ運用のご経験
• マネージドサービスの提案、設計、運用のご経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語(同社グローバルのソリューションを提案しますので、社内で英語のコミュニケーションがあります)
